Terms of Service

By commissioning me, you agree to have read and understood the below terms and conditions. Failure to follow these terms may result in a cancelled commission, blacklist/block, or a public call out.Last update: 24 August 2025

General Terms of Service

- By commissioning me, you agree to my terms of service
- I have the right to refuse a commission with or without explaination
- I have the right to post completed commission on my social media, unless requested previously not to do so
- You are free to request updates on your commission at any time, but no more than once every week
- My art is for personal use only and cannot be uploaded anywhere without proper credit to me
- Do not use my artwork for commercial purposes unless explicit permission has been given from me.
- Theft, tracing, referencing, AI, NFTs, etc. of my work are not permitted under any circumstance
- All commissions are done digitally and can be E-Mailed or uploaded to Toyhou.se for you
- Commissions are typically done on a 2048px canvas, larger sizes / shapes can be requested
- Payment is to be made only after the sketch has been approved by the commissioner
- Finished artwork will not be presented until the commission has been fully paid for
- Payment is made in USD, through PayPal only

Design Terms of Service

- When commissioning an Open or Closed Species design from me, both the species and my ToS apply
- When requesting a custom of a Closed Species I am not staff in, please only do so with the MYOs, items, or permission necessary
- You are free to de-species or void any of my Closed Species designs
- Designs are for personal use only
- Do not copy, trace, or claim my designs or the original artwork as your own
- Please wait a minimum of one week after obtaining one of my designs before reselling or trading it
- If a design is purchased as a gift intended for somebody else, please let me know
- Do not resell my designs at higher amounts than their base value unless additional art (commissions, trades, personal art) has been added to the character
- Only minor redesigns of my designs are permitted
- I only claim ownership of the original design/concept, not the character associated with the design
- I will not "claim back" any designs, and you, as the character owner, have the right to refuse my offers to buy or trade back a design

Will Draw

- Feral characters, animals, and pets
- Anthro characters
- Human characters (although tentatively)
- Cybernetics and prosthetics
- Characters of ANY gender and sexuality
- Couples of any sexuality and gender
- Complex character designs
- Vehicles and machinery
- Weapons
- Blood and/or gore

Won't Draw

- Sexual / NSFW content of any kind
- Sexualized underage characters
- Pedophilic, Abusive, Zoophilic, or Incestuous relationships
- Homophobic, Transphobic, Racist, Xenophobic, or other hateful themes
- Alcohol or drugs (legal or illegal)
- Illegal substances or activities
- Anything I feel is outside my drawing abilities

Commissions

Commissions typically done on 2048px square canvas with a transparent background. Larger sizes can be suggested at a possible price increase.The prices listed are base prices and may change with character complexity.

- Headshot (Just the head / shoulders of a character) - $10 | (Shading: + $5)
- Halfbody (Just the upper half of a character) - $15 | (Shading + $7)
- Fullbody (The entire character) - $20 | (Shading + $10)- Simple Backgrounds: +$5
- Scenic Backgrounds: +$20
